If any of the following four options interest you, please contact Christa to ask your questions and discuss how we might work together.

Option 1 - Personal Coaching

Are you looking for a sounding board? Needing someone to support you as you discern your values and goals as you navigate important decisions? Going through a transition and looking for clarity? A short-term coaching connection might be the answer.

A coaching relationship is designed to support a person by listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and providing an environment where insight, clarity and confidence can be found. This is different than counseling and consulting and is a powerful tool to unlock solutions where you seem to be stuck.

Coaching sessions can be done in person or online.

Option 2 - Sabbatical Support: Reclaiming the Roots of Rest

Are you planning for a sabbatical or currently in the middle of one? There is something sacred about a season of intentional rest and re-calibration, and yet it can also be a confusing time full of disorientation and self-doubt.

Consider a short-term coaching relationship to support this important time in your life.

  • Receive focused resources to amplify your experience

  • helpful reading lists to encourage

  • listening, safe, and supportive environment to process your thoughts in order to proceed productively post-sabbatical

Option 3 - Birkman + Leadership Grip Assessment for Individuals and Teams

This assessment is a valuable tool for people and teams of any age, particularly those discerning their vocational path, how they are wired to work with other people, and their unique ways to contribute in team settings. Christa is a certifed Grip-Birkman coach.

In particular, The Birkman portion of the assessment gives, “the highest level of insight into the motivations, perceptions, and behaviors of a person. Birkman is the premier advanced assessment because it uncovers and interprets more data about behavior, motivations, and personality. Birkman feedback is presented in a way that is user-friendly and easy to segment.”

Perhaps you’re are a young adult wondering what career to pursue, a mid-life mom wanting to re-enter the work-force, a married couple wanting to understand each other better, or a newly retired person wanting to maximize this next season of life - this assessment will provide support and direction.

Option 4 - “Inner Camino” Coaching

Turn your own hiking trip (whether you are on the Camino de Santiago or not) into a powerful reflection experience. Get the support before and after your own trip to ensure you’re paying attention to the important terrain of your “inner life”. Whether you are traveling to the “official” Camino in Spain, or are creating your own trip, consider the “maps” you’ll need to navigate the contours of your soul.
