Personal Coaching

Are you looking for a sounding board? Needing someone to support you as you discern your values and goals as you navigate important decisions? Going through a transition and looking for clarity?

Whether it’s something related to your work life, sense of calling, relationships, or personal and family goals, a short-term coaching connection might be the answer.

A coaching relationship is designed to support a person by listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and providing an environment where insight, clarity and confidence can be found. This is different than counseling and consulting and is a powerful tool to unlock the wisdom within you to find best-fit solutions where you seem to be stuck.

Coaching sessions can use modalities such as the Enneagram and Internal family systems as appropriate. Christa is a certified practitioner in both.

If you’re looking for a longer-term connection related specific to your spiritual life, you may want to consider entering a spiritual direction relationship with Christa. Learn more here.

Coaching Your Camino

Turn your own pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago into a powerful reflection experience.

Get the support before and after your own trip to ensure you’re paying attention to the important terrain of your “inner life” while also keeping your eye on the ball for the logistics, gear, travel, training, & intinerary.

Christa has walked on the Camino de Santiago three times.

The first time was her solo journey walking for 32 days on the entire Camino de Francais from St. Jean Pied du Port to Santiago de Compostella. The second time she returned to the same route, and walked for 17 days which included the route from Santiago to Finnisterre. The last time she travelled, she brought a small group of others to support their own 7 day pilgriamge.

Consider the “maps” you’ll need to navigate the contours of your soul on the Camino.
