This class is designed for the absolute beginner. No previous experience is necessary and all fitness/skill levels are welcome. Whether you’ve ever stepped in a yoga studio before or not, this 1.5 hour session will walk you through:

  • what to expect in an average yoga studio class,

  • introduce you to the basic foundations of yoga postures

  • give you a chance to ask your specific questions in a safe environment.

  • provide you the confidence to check out classes in your local area.

  • AND we’ll move! You’ll leave relaxed, & energized!
