This small group, online, cohort experience is designed to help you slow down so you can wake up and love well.
In the company of a small group of like-minded people, we’ll meet online four times over six weeks.
You’ll receive a weekly support email from Christa that is chalk full of helpful ideas, exercises and support for the duration of the six week experience.
The cohort size is limited to ten people.

We’ll meet on the Zoom Meeting Platform. All sessions will be recorded in case you are unable to participate in a session.
