What is your soul saying to you these days?
Do you know how to hear and listen to it?
This workshop is designed to help you slow down so you can wake up and love well.
Through a series of gently guided reflections and experiential exercises, you will have the quiet space, time, and support to gain more clarity, confidence and calm.
Whether you have an active faith in God, are in a season of doubt, or exploring your spiritual path without any particular religious affiliation, this workshop is a safe place to pay attention and uncover what is most true, good and beautiful about your life.
We’ll focus on four key areas that will provide a deeper connection to yourself as you explore:
Live the Meaning: life isn’t perfect, but it’s supposed to be meaningful.
Live the Tensions: discover your resistance and a path to living resiliently.
Live the Questions: understand the power of asking good questions and how to live without all the answers.
Live the Practice: walk away with hands-on tips & every-day practices that will support your journey .
